Tonbridge School is a private boarding school for boys located in the centre of Tonbridge town. Tonbridge school was founded in 1553 and has been a central part of the town ever since. Steeped in history the school is an imposing sight when entering the town from the north. Ex pupils from the school are known as Old Tonbridgians, these have included the famous Colin Cowdrey.
